Faut-il permettre l’éligibilité aux fonctionnaires? La question se pose actuellement en Valais. Le député PLR valaisan Philippe Nantermod, qui s’y oppose, a croisé le fer sur les réseaux sociaux avec un partisan, le socialiste vaudois Benoît Gaillard. Face-à-face entre les deux politiciens.

something about the brain is a computer and somitemes it needs rebooting this resonated for me as it seems to perfectly describe what happened to my husband after his near-death illness 3 years ago. By reboot , I am assuming you mean that the brain is working but it’s tripping and things just aren’t working the way they should be and can this be both the autonomic system (ie. muscle control in the eyes causing double vision) as well as the obvious decision-making and thought/physical processes? Can you reboot the brain after a serious illness or brain trauma?
